Step 1: Schedule a tour

We offer in-person tours to prospective families so that you can meet with our amazing teachers and see the Center. Please reach out to us by phone at 302-738-2008 or email at melodyt@willaroadcenter.org to schedule a visit time that is convenient for you.

Step 2: Register

We have a rolling admission process. Please submit an application form to be considered.

Step 3: Enrollment notification

Upon receipt of the application, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will also provide an estimated starting date. You will receive an enrollment packet that includes the contract and other important documents to complete. A child is formally enrolled when we receive the signed contract and non-refundable deposit.

Specialized Enrollment Alternatives

Willa Road welcomes families who receive Delaware’s Purchase of Care (POC) program. POC is a subsidy that supports early childhood and after-school education and care for families who live within 200% of the Federal Poverty Limits. For more information or to apply for POC, please contact the Division of Social Services (DSS) office and apply online through this link (must be a Delaware resident).

For Delaware resident families receiving POC funds enrolling at Willa Road, the tuition rate is at the State assigned co-pay amount. The co-pay is due weekly in advance of services, and the registration fee is waived.
